Floor-to-wall composite coating: Demo-free alternatives

Patterson High School recognized the need for a new bathroom surface when maintenance and cleaning were no longer neutralizing the odor from the old floor and wall tile.

After considering complete demolition and resurfacing of the existing tile, the District reached out to KYA for a more cost effective and time efficient solution.

KYA proposed a floor to ceiling composite coating solution. We were able to provide examples of successful applications through previous installations. The site made the choice to overlay the coating.

KYA was able to apply composite coating over the existing floor and seven foot tall wall tile, eliminating the need for demolition, difficult maintenance and lingering odors.
