COMPOSITE COATING RESURFACING: FOOL-PROOF RESURFACING

The Pittsburg Adult Education Center had two bathrooms with sheet vinyl surfacing that was failing. After further inspection, it was apparent that the vinyl had been installed over ceramic tile.

The district wanted to find a stable alternative. Their main objective was to find a replacement surface that would not have similar issues and fail in the future.

KYA Services recommended to demolish the sheet goods and install a composite floor coating. This solution guaranteed no future failures and also provided easier maintenance.
