Los Medanos College (LMC) provides quality programs and state-of-the-art facilities to serve the needs of a rapidly growing and changing community while enhancing the quality of life of the diverse students it serves.

The athletic programs consist of intercollegiate women’s soccer, softball and volleyball; men’s football and baseball; and men’s and women’s basketball.

KYA partnered with OptiFit to design and install a modernized Kinesiology and Athletics Complex for Los Medanos’ student athletes.

The facilities included:

• Athletic Performance Weight Room

• Fitness Studio

• Dance Studio

• Athletic Training Room

• Team Locker Room

• General Locker Room

The complete weight room install included high-impact flooring, cardio, selectorized and free weight equipment, TRX studio and cyrotherapy, therapeutic ultrasound, whirlpools and thermal modalities.
